With over 20 years of experience in the wellness and health sectors, Gemma brings a deeply compassionate and holistic approach to her kinesiology practice and past life regression session. Gemma has worked extensively with individuals facing complex challenges, including relationship breakdowns, mental health concerns, substance dependency, emotional and physical pain and trauma.

Gemma’s foundation in therapeutic group work, counselling, and wellness education has naturally evolved into her passion for kinesiology over time—a modality that aligns with her belief of treating the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Through her practice, she integrates her clinical insight with energetic healing techniques to support clients in achieving balance, and lasting well-being.

Gemma offers personalised kinesiology sessions, wellness coaching, past life regression. All sessions are personally tailored programs that empower individuals to reconnect with their innate capacity for healing. 

Her leadership experience and background in staff training also inform her work with organisations, where she facilitates workshops focused on stress management, emotional regulation, and workplace wellness.
